Action Appliance - Wrong diagnosis, charged $222. for wrong repair that wasn't the problem
Action Appliance is horrible.Immediate response to initail call for diagnosis.
8 days later, after paying for the diagnosis, the part, repair for that diagnosis, washer still shakes and bangs like it did and we're out $222. If your time is not valuable and frustration doesn't affect you, then go ahead and call this company! After initial appointment, we waited 2 days for part to come in, but then repairman had day off, then they called on day 4 to reschedule (after we had rearranged our schedule), then came on Sat, put in new part, we paid and later tried to wash clothes- not fixed! I had to rearranged another day on my schedule for the 10-2 window but they didn't show.
I called and was told I would be the first call next day (day8) between 8-9 and they showed up at 10:15.Said the new diagnosis would be a total overhaul for $1000.
Monetary Loss: $222.
